Hello! I am Chef Clean Plate- specializing in meal prep, food for babies and toddlers, catered dinners for parents and their get togethers. Meals are prepared in your home or site of get together with shopping and clean-up included. For meal prep service I will prepare dishes to your specification- family style or individual, with heating methods from simple reheating in an oven, microwave, or water bath. As a new father at the age of 50, I know the challenges of feeding our children and ourselves. My purpose is to free you from the burden of shopping, cooking and clean-up in your already overwhelming day. If you wish, you can provide the finishing touches on a completely prepped meal and wow your diners with a fine meal you "cooked" yourself. I won't tell.

With 30 years in the culinary field honing my craft at various fine establishments such as The Ritz-Carlton, Vail Resorts, The Four Seasons, and other smaller establishments I am confident that I can accommodate your wishes, be it family fare and/or an upscale meal. I am Servesafe certified and knowledgeable in proper cleanliness and sanitation. Serving within a 20 mile radius of Denver University, further with reasonable accommodation.
